Cypher is a third-person, ability-based shooter taking place in a vibrant 3D cyberpunk world. Released in Spring 2024 as my senior capstone project, I worked with a small team to create the overall design of the game, taking the lead as the main visual and user interface designer, as well as the sound designer and storywriter.
I aimed to create an immediately identifiable and striking visual language that could link the dynamic art style and world design. I focused heavily on creating a futuristic design language, with an emphasis on sheared shapes and a bright neon color palette.
